Bay BASE (After School Enrichment) Registration
Panama City, FL*Registration for new full-time Bay BASE (After School Enrichment) students will begin on Monday, July 30, 2007.
Registration for drop-ins, (pending enrollment at each site) will begin Monday, August 13, 2007. Drop-in enrollment is limited. Health insurance information is required and must be complete by Monday,
August 20, 2007.
The fall Bay BASE program will begin Monday, August 20, 2007 through
May 28, 2007 from 2:00 until 6:00 P.M.
A $15 non-refundable registration fee and the first week*s fees are due at registration. Students may register at the following elementary schools:
* Callaway, Cedar Grove, Millville and Springfield students must register at Callaway Elementary.Millville and Springfield students will be bused to Cedar Grove.
* Northside, Lucille Moore, Oakland Terrace and Cherry Street students must register at Lucille Moore. Cherry Street students will be bused to Oakland Terrace.
* Hiland Park, Lynn Haven, and Tommy Smith students must register at Hiland Park.
* Beach, Patronis, and West Bay students must register at Patronis. West Bay students will be bused to Beach.
* Bozeman and Southport students must register at Southport.
* Waller students must register at Waller Elementary School.
